Docs Online Notary is a nationwide signing service providing experienced Notary Signing Agents for loan signings and legal document executions. We coordinate reliable, vetted notaries across all 50 states to ensure accurate, timely, and secure signings—whether in person or online.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

We have professional Notary Signing Agents in all 50 states and the U.S. territories. Docs Online Notary's office is located in Monona, Wisconsin.

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

-Be prepared to sign your documents on video in front of the notary.

-Have a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

-Have all the documents that need to be notarized.

-Documents should be complete and ready for signature.

-Our notaries are prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents. If you need legal advice, please consult your attorney.

-The notarial statement (jurat) must be pre-printed on the document to be notarized.

**If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

Travel fees start at $40.00 and may vary based on distance.

How soon can I book a signing?

Please allow a two-hour window for signing appointments. Same-day and last-minute signing requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Occasionally our Notary Signing Agents may be able to provide a witness. Additional fees will apply.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in all 50 States?

We offer secure and efficient RON services, allowing you to complete notarizations from anywhere in the world via a secure online platform.

Do you have errors and ommisions insurance?

Yes, we have a one-million dollar Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Card, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Square, and Direct Deposit.

How can we sign up as a client?
